BUSINESS ETHICS PANCASILA

I. People of the same trade seldom meet together, even for merriment and diversion, but the conversation ends in a conspiracy against the public or in some contrivance to raise prices. It is impossible indeed to prevent such meetings by any law which either could be executed or would be consistent with liberty and justice. But though th law can not Hinder people of the same trade from sometimes assembling together it ought to do nothing to Facilitate such assemblies, much less to render them necessary. II. If there are opinions that (science) do not teach economics greed while (the science or practice) business is greedy, then it is relevant to business ethics rather than economics or economic ethics morals. But clearly Adam Smith taught the ekonomikus gay or gay homo socius or religiousus. This means that humans are contained in his two properties that appear contradictory, the selfish nature, selfish and social characteristics-symphathetic. This is human nature, each of which is described in Adam Smith's book Wealth of Nations (1776) and The Theory of Moral Sentiments.

III. Social understanding economics or economic sociology (Max Weber) is another way to describe the social nature of man. This means that people basically like to live in a society and that need each other in the German language is known in the concept of Gemeinschaft (community) which is contrasted with the concept of Gesellschaft (patembayan). IV. In the banking sector in Indonesia since the financial crisis (crisis) in 1997, which has not yet solved until now, has seen growing banking system and capitalistic practices are not ethical because it emphasizes the pursuit of profit maximization. Although we have rejected accusations of Indonesia has conducted economic system of Capitalism which Keynes mentioned defect above, but more people now openly accept that the economic system because it was considered "inevitable" and that since 1991 has proven to capitalism clearly won the competition with socialism.

If Indonesia has welcomed the system of religious socialism is socialism, a system which rules the game a lot of reference to religious teachings, then on the other hand there is considered more appropriate to apply the Pancasila Capitalism. In our opinion the right to become an ideology of Pancasila, the handle is fully outlines the rules, policies and programs of national development both in economic and social fields.

Pre-requisite to the accomplishment of Business Ethics Pancasila was first recognized as an ideology of Pancasila, so that the principle-principle can be a code of conduct of each individual in economic life and everyday business. Only after the principles of Pancasila really guiding business ethics, the business practices can be assessed in accordance or not with the moral guidelines of Pancasila Economy system.
