To be able to work well, managers rely on four types of expertise:
• Expertise Konseptional
Managers with expertise konseptional called analytical skills as well as the ability to memahaimi relationship exists among the various jobs within a company.
• Interpersonal Kealian
Almost all managers do the work that requires good interpersonal skills (communication skills), the skills needed to communicate with customers and employees.
• Technical Expertise
Managers need technical expertise to understand the kinds of jobs they manage. Managers that are closer to actual production process will be more likely to use their technical skills from the manager a higher level.
• Decision Taking Skills
Managers need the skills to take decisions so they can use existing information to determine how the company's resources should be allocated. The types of decisions taken by managers will vary depending on the position.
